Beauty The BELAVI FACELIFT MASSAGE is a wonderful, deeply relaxing spa-type treatment that combines aromatherapy, acupressure and massage, while using a variety of lotions and oils to lift, tone, and brighten the complexion.

The Belavi Facelift Massage is a complex 90 minute treatment that includes cleansing and exfoliation, a vigorous 21 step massage of the face, neck, shoulders, chest (décolleté), and upper back, and a refreshing honeylift mask. It finishes with hand, foot and scalp massages, as well as a quick Reiki treatment. When you leave the table your skin will be glowing and you will feel very pleasantly relaxed.

Energetic Healing Facilitation

Reiki REIKI is an energy treatment that uses Universal life force for healing and is typically applied through the laying on of hands. Reiki is a deeply relaxing energy that can be applied to harmonize  and balance the energetic, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being.

Reiki practitioners are not doctors and do not diagnose any condition. The client remains fully clothed while receiving the treatment. Reiki is not associated with any religious faith or belief system. REIKI with CRYSTALS Reiki energy is amplified through the application of crystals. The Reiki practitioner chooses appropriate crystals to use during the treatment, according to the client’s needs. Please advise Cathy in advance if you want REIKI with CRYSTALS

EMF Balancing Technique® The EMF BALANCING TECHNIQUE® helps to strengthen and balance the Universal Calibration Lattice – a part of the human energy anatomy – so it can hold and use more energy.  The calibration is determined by the receiver's inner wisdom.  The treatments also connect the receiver more deeply with the energy of the Earth.

EMF sessions are given while the recipient lies fully clothed on a massage table.  Each session lasts for about an hour.  The practitioner  works with the receiver's energetic field and sometimes gently touches him or her. Yoga Cathy has practiced yoga since she was seventeen.  She was drawn by the spiritual aspect of yoga and began at first to learn from books.  When she was in her twenties she found a teacher and studied Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in the US for seven years.  She later studied Ashtanga Yoga.

In recent years, she has studied Iyengar-influenced Hatha yoga with Dominica Serigano, including completing a teacher's training course in 2005.  She has taught at the Shizen Yoga Studio in Kichijoji and currently  substitute teaches there, as well as instructing groups and individuals in Tokyo.  Cathy is a student of yoga first, and is constantly in awe of how much there is to learn.  She has deep gratitude and respect for all of the teachers who have brought the practice of yoga to the world.  www.shizenyoga.com
